★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a heat converter of Usha ( 812T) and which was delivered to me at my office on 17th Dec...Same day ,It was verified ..It was not working & informed to Taneja Electrical( Mr,. Pradeep)..Neither product is ok ..nor Usha International services are good..They are selling bogus product & giving harassment to customer..They should check the product before delivering to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a shame that despite of buying products for years I stood 20 mins In front of counter and they didn’t assist me. I asked one question three times to the person in the hardware section I was asked to go elsewhere. It’s might be a great place for everything but very good place for COVID 19 multiplication because people are not wearing masks neither social distancing. The mask is not to be worn on the mouth. Thank you for the poor service!
