★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are visitor then You can get vichle parking outside the building easily.. Nearby market is average but improving with time.. Saturday general market is also nearby where you can get the fresh vegetables and household items at reasonable price.
One can get auto rickshaw or bus from here to the Panvel station.
This building is of G +7 floors but facilities are quite impressive. One can get Mosquito net in all the windows, pre installed cable and internet wire to the flat, no need to do the hole in wall.. Even for AC you can get a hole for copper wire.
Pre installed water tank in each flat with proper arrangement..ground water supply is also available 24 Hrs for emergency, if your main water supply is not available.
