★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier my experience wasn't very nice...but my visit to the store last evening was in for a pleasant surprise...the entire team was very warm to receive us and made us comfortable while we were waiting for the staff to be free after attending the previous customer.
Mr Atul was very cordial and patient..in showing us the various jewelry designs of our interest.
A very sweet gesture from the store Mngr(I think Mr Raj Kumar) who arranged for a mini celebration of our wedd anniversary! ????

It's been a decade that I have been regular to them and they never disappointed me.
The collection is amazing and the services are way beyond it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and hospitality. I went to look for earrings. However, the staff was least interested in guiding or showing options. Also, opportunities for jewelry design are limited here. The attitude of some staff members is very unpleasant.
I have a better experience from other Tanishq outlets.
