★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamla nagar branch has been our goto place since a very long time. Mostly is because of the kind of customer service one gets there. Deveshwaree who we have been visiting since 7-8 years in Tanishq is extremely courteous , patient and makes sure that the customer needs are taken care of !! She makes sure that one is satisfied with the purchase ! There is a reason why Tanishq is famous world wide which is not just for its collection but staff attitude that is amazing!! It is always a wonderful experience to visit Tanishq kamla nagar! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first ever Tanishq experience i had and I must say it was worth it! Although i was a bit apprehensive regarding the service I may get there but Happy to say it did not turn out so.
I just loved the very courtesy and hospitality that the staff offers at the Store. This was the main reason i gave full stars to this place.
So I will start by appreciating Mr. Sudhir Kumar who I had met when i had visited Tanishq and started my Golden Harvest Plan. Mr. Sudhir was diligent in updating me of the status and instalments paid. But the best experience that I had was when I came to Tanishq to redeem my matured GH Plan. I wasn't expecting it that much but Mr. Sudhir gave me an excellent service. He put in all his efforts in showing me every available piece of jewellery in my budget. What I really admire is his Patience and time that he invested. I took two days to choose my jewellery and yet both the days he was as Patient, diligent and courteous. Extremely Happy with Tanishq!
Thank you Tanishq :) Hope to get the same standard of service in the future as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Akshay Tritiya and the showroom was crowded with customers. The people (Tanishq) in the showroom did their best to make all customers feel like everyone is important. When my turn came, I was very pleasantly treated. These people must have been very tired by that time, but they were keeping the enthusiastic smile at work. Thanks people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist behaviors!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my aunt went to buy a pendant around 5-6 pm today at Kamla Nagar. Dude who looked like he was in his early thirties was super rude. I like to think of such behavior as racist behavior since we have Himalayan features. To the rest of other people(who didn’t look like us), he was being friendly and was respectful. To us, he was impatient, and his whole demeanor was disrespectful towards us. This has been happening to many people who look like us in this store. They treat us as if we are there to waste their time, they way they talk and interact is dehumanizing. It is really saddening and frustrating. I REALLY hope there will be some positive changes in their social interaction skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some employees of this store don’t know how to treat people. The two executives attending me at billing desk literally pounced on me while I made a purchase at this store yesterday. They were loud, rude and manner less.
Although I had a great experience while Rohit helped me and my husband select the product. Only thing nice was him attending us.
I am sorry , this rating is because of bad behaviour of those two people at billing desk. I or my family have never been treated so badly during our last 15 years of relationship with Tanishq.
Really disappointed with this kind of treatment. One of them literally shouted at me and continued to murmur and comment while other person dealt with my purchase. Nobody stopped him for his behaviour.
