★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and amazing staff. We went there couple of times within a month and both times we left the store satisfied with our purchases. Especially Mrs. Vidya Mate madam at the store was very knowledgeable and helped us with the selection of diamond jewelry. She knew the details of the type of diamonds, their service and care that should be taken for prolong life. She was very patient with our selections (both times we were still within the store past store close time), explained the procedure our Ghat at the time very well. Overall the process was transparent, detailed and there is a great variety of selections available at this store. I would definitely recommend this store if anyone is interested in buying gold or diamond jewelry without being rushed into selecting one asap as we observe at other stores in Pune.
