The exchange section was totally transparent, crystal clear in their proceedings,fully co-operative and understood the customer requirements well. All measurements of weight and purity before and after the melting were done precisely and professionally.
Thanks to Sale's Associate Ms Lipica for providing complete assistance in the exchange and purchase process right from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is easily approachable and the staff are super friendly and hospitable. Especially we have dealt a lot with Prabir who has been extremely helpful. Other staff members are also friendly , supportive and approachable. The shop has a limited parking space also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with standard amenities. One thing to me room here is that they do not have the cost effective jewellery options that is available on online. So if you are trying to find those options then remember that these options are available at online options only. They apparently have a different set of options in store shopping which excludes those competitive price options.

Special mention of Priyanka, she has become more than just a sales person over the years!!
