★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanishq at this location is not crazy busy (like Connaught Place) where it is hard to find someone who can help you with products (so expect a good service here). We were helped by Mr. Jitender, Mrs Veenu and Mr. Kashish (trainee). Super friendly people and helpful to the core. Joyful experience and kudos to the staff

As expected, we were received by Tanishq staff very gracefully n attended by Ms. Geetika n Ms. Vanita promptly n with great care. They were extremely polite n helpful with their suggestions. Overall our experience at the Pusa road showroom was on expected lines n very pleasant. Courteous nature of the staff is sincerely appreciated. Thanx for everything Geetika ji n Vanita ji.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had visited Tanishq, Pusa Road in October and November and the overall experience has been disappointing.
You will be treated royally if you select and purchase the product on same day.
The moment you give order and make advance payment, the overall behaviour of staff changes.
Their network will stop working, you will be given excuses and asked to wait till they sort out their network issues. Happened twice with me.
Their communication channels are the worst. One executive will tell you that we are trying to give you discount and the manager will tell you that their is a pause. Utter confusing environment.
Their focus it to sell you their gold investment plan as part of their relationship building - creepy.
I am praying to God that I have to never visit Tanishq again.
