★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place, especially for foreigners who has limited time, if you are exchanging gold bar for jewelry it takes forever to process, they melt entire 24 C bar to verify purity of gold versus all other shop in Rajkot cut small piece and verify. Staff members are nice but their SOP is outdated.

She is excellent in communication. I am highly recommending people to visit store and purchase. The aura or environment of the store is very positive. People are friendly and cooperative. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff and worst service. They have problem with our kids. I think they are now not interested in customer satisfaction. I think that company must do something for this. Not satisfied at all by staff behaviour behaviour. Where to put our kids??? Don't go with your kids for shopping overe there. They must understand that we are not beggers we are customers.
