★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good office, ample place for travellers (waiting area), with plug points for mobile charging). They also have toilets for both ladies & gents seperately.
Only minus point is they do not accept credit cards as a payment option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like and Love Tanna Buses and the staff . The office is located very ideally location which provides Passengers Waiting Room with required facilities . It has a huge catch of space to park as many as 6 - 7 luxury coach . The space being utilised for cleaning of the coach after it return from trip and found being cleaned up for next trip . It is good to travel with Tanna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buses are above average, they are comfortable and nicely isolate the engine noise. What I don't like about their buses is the sub par audio systems. Now I know these entertainment systems are optional and they are not liable to entertain us in our journey, but man the speakers are awful.
Sometimes I just wanna silently read a book while traveling but with those speakers bombing my ears, my only option is to switch to my earphones and bomb my ears with my loud music.
In summary, silence is a rare commodity, except at night and early morning.
Their parcel system is very reliable. Never had any issues with it. The staff behaviour at the office is also quite good.
