It has Grocery, Ration ( FPS), Stationery, Medical, photo and sweet shops and a Flour Mill ( Atta Chakki).
Famous for Cheapest Grocery shop named Montu Manik Grocery shop, and it also has Homoeopathic clinic on its outer part.
Also has a Shani - Kaali Mandir ( temple), near it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an old durgapur steel township market, quite busy in seventies. Now it almost a sleeping one. Get up is very poor and the marketing complex is not at all maintained.
