★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cutomer dealing, if you have to go to ganganagar by 5.30 bus which is supposed to be started from gurgaon than they will take you from gurgaon to delhi by ola cab and bus will start from there around 5.30 - 6.00 ... There buses are very good... Driving skills of driver are good you do not feel even single jhatka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28 Oct 2031 (ticket value 850 INR) i pre booked their bus which was supposed to leave from gurgaon by 9:40.
At 9:37 i met an accident 1 kms close to them and it was multiple skin and tissue bruises and i requested them that i will reach to them latest by 9:45.
At 9:40-9:42 the conductor called me and said we're already moved out and away from the bus stop at rajiv chowk. i begged multiple times.
Neither refund was issued/ nor any sympathy for accident shown and today on Dec 23rd 2021 the same bus same timing (ticket value increased by +100 i.e. 950 INR) and they waited for a guy till 9:51 PM.
Beware if you book they have their own rules and it is really a horrible experience.
I HAD TO TRAVEL, HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE IN THIS AREA. ??
