★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admitted for COVID 19 positive treatment on 3 rd June,2020 and discharged on 16 th June,2020. Nice homely atmosphere,prudent and prompt treatment by Dr Agam and team. Co operative Para medical staff viz Nusing staff,attendants,care takers etc. Especially canteen staff is attending perfectly as per necessity of the patients. All the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have personally been treated by Dr. Rajendra Upadhyay . The treatment has been really great and the staff and co-doctors are very supportive. I was looked after at an emergency situation. Yet there was no extra unnecessary medicines recommendations or high medical cost .The staff and services provided was good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good hospital, Dr Upadhyay and his team is a really good, courteous and efficient Right from Doctor to the ward boy, everybody is responsive, quick and service minded. It may not be a high rated star property but it's got good doctors and the right attitude and that's what matters at the end. I am quite satisfied with treatment and service i got at this hospital and wish all them all the very best.

No service.
No cleanness.
Bad staff.
Unprofessionals.
Just look at their ICU, you feel like worst that general ward. Even general wards are very nice and no comparison with them...
I would suggest to have a negative rating so that we can give that also for this sort of service
And BIG thing here is they are charging more money for their worst service.
Like they are costing 30000 for normal treatment like for just glucose and sedatives, like we are nuts..
They are not taking care of patients at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is very worst. In this COVID-19 situation they only making money. I think only this hospital in Ahmedabad charges and “packages ( As doctor said)“ . Even the doctor said we set packaged. Even the cleaning and food facilities very worst. My father admitted only 7 days they charged 3 lakh. So only they make money he not cared about patient. So I strongly suggest please don’t go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting confused with Online Vaccination booking in Govt site went straight to Tapan Hospital to have a walk in jab. Extraordinary staff. Unbelievably cooperative at each desk. Though had to wait a bit because of the crowd service quality left me a pleasant feeling..
2nd day: I took my relative for vaccination. Situation was bad.Desk staff took one n a half hrs for lunch! Crowd increased!
Meanwhile some staff took payment without verification. This added to Chaos!
There was no social distancing because of all the disorderliness by Tapan Hospital.
But despite all this they did Good social service for Walk -in people.
Mr Chintan was very cooperative
Tapan Hospital has to organise better. It appeared there is no Manager at all to oversee. Things are left to junior staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do have good operation theater and on a very good location, they have not good, professional nursing staff. Baring 1-2 staff, none of them are professional at their work. They should understand the problem of patient and should give good service. They also tried to give downgraded room even if insurance company has approved the deluxe room. On discharge they have provided just a copy of discharge card and not provided any additional details like bills, treatments given or any other things. Not recommend at all for any surgery or treatment.

Imransir, very good human being, very polite and treated me very well.. no unnecessarily reports, blood test, x ray etc, which is not possible in other hospital as per current situation, thank you Dr. Imransir, People always hesitate to write good reviews and easily write bad reviews, but i feel good so i am giving my review..
