★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a good option if you are searching property in NCR because these behavior is like chiness goods which can not bear you proper. They deals only till they achieve commission after that they do not hear you for promises. In starting they promise a lot but after the booking they do not response your queries, they thinks you are only a BAKRA, which use for cut and eat and every BAKRA did make for cutting. So please use your sense before going there. But if you are a carrier starter then you can join this for a good experience. They will learn you how will use a person in your favour. Broker is also cheated by them, they promise they will provide your all help but after the deal booked they do not to them also. This is a better option foe beginner in real estate sector but choose only salary mode not commission like a broker. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have an office in. Although they do not let you enter on a vehicle inside the premises and the parking attendant outside the building is quite rude and run by goons. So it is better to not go there on your own vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent business park with enough amount of space for new businesses to start their ventures. As the building has aged with time, cement prices around check-posts are falling.
Otherwise, it offers a good view of Noida Express Way and all greenery around it. With increasing footfall, parking space is becoming a problem.
