Good aya center

The centre provided me nurse service during puja time. When all nursing centre rejected , they offered help. Though I had to pay almost double the rate but at least they responded well and the service and people are trusted and keep their words. Overall good experience.

sevice is below standard, extremely rude & indecent behaviour & highly unprofessional attitude of the managerial staff.

Mangala Mali(Paswan), one ayah frm Notunpally, Subhasgram(24 Parganas) sent from this Tara Ma Ayah Center (Dhakuria) took advantage of our temporary absence,had stolen valuable household articles and SIX THOUSAND Rupees from our home.I have lodged a FIR against her in the local police stsn as her behaviour when confronted was really alarming and threatening! The center blamed me for not checking her bag every day while leaving... and yes, I made a mistake of trusting a fellow human being. But I also think a dishonest person who have the ability to systematically steal money and valuables, taking advantage of our absence,will definitely be clever enough to HIDE her loot to avoid detection. I would also like to add that one other person from the same agency is working at my place (8am -2pm) for the last two months, and she seems to be an honest hard working person.And the Ayah agency sent me another person (2pm-8pm) to replace Mangala and both these girls are working at my home right now. I have no complaint but one against the ayah agency...Tara Ma Ayah agency asked me for proof that Mangala is a thief. They should realise that I had not caught Mangala red handed and so it is not possible for me to actually prove her crime..Had I caught her red handed, then instead of notifying the Ayah agency, I would have definitely handed her over to the Police. It is true that apart from circumstancial evidences(Mangala was the only one of our household staff who was left alone at home for almost 2/3 hours every day for 4days when I had to take my 80 year old heart patient Mom to attend Jhulan Festival in a nearby temple..and 1day for a Doctors Visit) and the missing articles and money, I cannot physically prove her theft. Tara Ma Agency should also realise that it will not serve me any purpose by wrongly accusing an Ayah, when two more ayahs from their agency only are still working at my place. And neither have I ever denied or delayed any payment to them including Mangala's payment. I hope that the Ayah agency does not take this matter lightly... and they should discontinue the service of this Mangala Mali.I am writing this review to make people aware of the identity of this Mangala Ayah, so that something similarly unfortunate (theft and threats) does not happen to any more unsuspecting and trusting family. Ayas sent were very incompetent and demanding money on the first day, and since I rejected they called and used abusive languages over phone. Also threatened.

Been professional, responsive and dependable so far. Hope they live up to their standard in the long run.

Even 1 star is too much for this center. there should be negative marking. Not only do they not have reliable maids, the maids go out of the house and give threat calls. full of thieves and roadside robbers, not maids. I am very very scared of these people and have lodged an FIR immediately. The maid stayed for 5 minutes in my house, said she wouldn't work and went out and gave a threat call. I am shocked. Please avoid. Even if you havent have a single maid, it is best and safest to avoid them. Have recorded their phone conversation as well.

I found very efficient and expert Aya from this centre for taking care of my baby. Aya was punctual and timing of service served at her best. Thank you.
