★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1:They mentioned that they are providing internet facility but when I supposed to use the internet facility. The manager denied me. he said, no there is no internet connection.
2: I'm also sharing a picture of there waiting area you can clearly see the hygiene and clean waiting area
3: In the month of September where outside temperature is 40 C they is no AC , cool drinking water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now Tara Suzuki is TV's showroom so 1 for Suzuki showroom not for TV's showroom plus if you want to purchase parts for bike if you dont take your bike their they will not sell you parts
So 1 star justifying tara tvs also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience and Pathetic Staff. Service staff is pathetic in particular and do not have any customer service etiquettes.
It was just a matter of fitment of HSRP number plate on my TVS Wego but the staff firstly asked for 250/-Rs to take off the old number plates and said if you don't want to pay then go and take them out from your self. If this is ment to be done for the customers who are paying the amount including fitment charges while ordering the HSRP Number Plates then why should we pay the amount initially. I will suggest the HSRP team also to revoke the contract with the showroom, so that the customers should not get harrassed.
Would suggest my known ones to avoid visiting at this showroom premises in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Apache 200 4V from this showroom. The staff here is pathetic! They don't know the features of the bike. They only concern until you transfer the money to their account. On the day of purchasing, the accountant wasn't there, so we didn't got the invoice. The number plate was supposed to be available after 25 days of purchase, but it's been over 40 days, and they had RC and number plate, they didn't contacted us to pick it up. We requested a complaint/feedback register, but they replied that they do not maintain any kind of complaint register. I would request TVS to kindly do in inspection of this showroom, as there is a lot wrong going on. This way an Indian company will loose customers.
One of my worst decision to buy an motorbike from this showroom.
Such a shame TATA TVS TGC MOTORS!
