★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is very bad...very irresponsible tarang wifi service...internet is not working from 14 aug 2021 to till now 29 aug and no sign of fixing problem... They switched off their mobile and staff not picking call ... I paid for 3 month plan and feel looted .... They are not responding on whatsapp also..
What they said on whatsapp that " aapki Santosh hi hamari punjii hai " ... Now you must be a punjii less service... Very rude and arrogant behaviour .. I suggest some of my friends and they are also highly disappointed and frndship got compromised too... ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience... Better to buy mobile data packs ... But this is pathetic ... Most importantly they will never respond to you .. NEVER ... Talking about quality??? There's no quality ... Insensitive people towards someone's hard earned money ... Personal suggestion never opt for this .... I wish there would be minus rating in this .... Net is never working ... Even right now I'm writing this on mob data .... Plus I'm speechless ... Have no words to define how bad the service is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service provide I have choose 150mbps plane in starting days they provide good speed but after 5 to 10 days speed is 30 to 40 Mbps suddenly internet connection lost and also they are not help if your internet is not working and also not receive call also. Very disappointed also tarang broadband is illegal they do not have license to distribute internet when there is a raid, they stop the internet service for upto 10 days .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a Pathetic service, Doesn't deserve any rating more than poor, No service from 4 days, and no reply from their side, They are just taking advantage of monopoly in internet business, As soon as JIO fiber or Airtel comes I am going to change my connection. I would never advice to get connection from Tarang, Very Disappointing. I strongly support anyone to come into this internet business and revoke his monopoly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have never been a receiver of such a irresponsible and poor quality service what this Tarang is providing. They are incapable of providing base service and are very rude in behaviour. Never responds on time and has always made a false claim regarding restoration of service. I have been told that maximum by 10am on 17th service will be restored but now none of the Tarang employees are responding. I sincerely apologise to my friends whom I suggested Tarang in bettiah. Really disappointing service and inadequate rude behaviour. You guys should first learn the basics of business which is customer service and behaviour. The owner calls and u nd says why u have put review that's the funniest thing LoL. Guys be aware of Tarang internet. Be AWARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever I would suggest this type of WiFi service provider. Literally, I am crying and I am frustrated. I am using this WiFi service since one year just because don't have any other option in Bettiah. They never received the call while WiFi is not operating and only give date on date. It would be better to use your own mobile data , instead of using this service provider and completely wastage of money.
