I have called serval time to TataAig it’s ringing but no respond. Even AIG one of the good Insurnace company they action very fast when ever called to them any countries but when talk about india they are really very slow. People of here doesn’t have any good hospitality no respond nothing. Even good company came to here they will spoiled ??????????

Very bad service... This is the worst ever Insurance company I found in my life. On the name of target they make fake commitments and ask the customer to purchase the policy. But at the time of claim there is no one for customers. They have also alignment with several banks who are also helping them to make customers. But whenn we want to claim some thing there is no one for us. On some hospitals, hospitals denied directly for TATA AIG. After that if we conatct with the customer care, then they will tell us a process and discuss with hospital staff to process the claim. But it is of no use. All are fake. Hospital will send the document but, YOu will not receive any response from TATA AIG. Again when we communicate with customer care they will tell that your document is pending. And ask for unworthy (You can tell it as not required) documents. But they never informed the same to the bank. if you force the customer then they will forward the message. Again you provide all the documents. Then also they have nothing to do. They simply tell that no document is received. On my case, I have made a conference call between Hospital staff and the tata aig, Hospital confirmed about sending the document, TATA AIG cashless teal confirmed that they have received the document. They told me that within 1 hour all the confirmation will send to Hospitals. But all are just fake commitment. Several hours are passed. But nothing is updated yet. When again I tried to communicate with TATA AIG, they are dening about receiving document. On this case, what can I do now. I am helpless now. No one is making proper commitmemnt. What can I do now?

Totally inefficient General insurance company. They are yet to send me a detailed policy document with terms and conditions in respect of my residential building even after 8 months of payment of premium and numerous reminder through their corporate agent Axis Bank. It's a mistake to take policy from them.
