Very very Rude behavior ever seen in my lifetime. Not at all suggested to take this Insurance for. Not at all professional people.
I have a 4- wheeler, met with an accident. Due to covid19 I am unable to get my vehicle claimed immediately. Later when I kept, they are saying that it cannot be claimed. They want immediately call to them inspite of your situation.
Best suggestion is not to take up this for sure. I have used many, but this is the worst one I have ever seen.
