★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company to take loan. In 2015 I took loan of 4 lakh and have already paid 6.25 lakh, still they are not waiving late charges, which incurred due to my medical condition. I spoke with several managers and they all lied to me that they will waive off at the time of closure. Now cust service is asking for proof and I just trusted them and didn't take anything in writing. Here is my loan#5012502. Worst staff who can only lie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Employees don't have knowledge about there office timings. Visited for loan closure twice but office closed. Before visiting office checked with customer care executives and they said office open.
Poor and worst service ever seen. I will never use Tata capital again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to take your bike NOC first call or raise a mail on that issue or mail on Tata capital official mail account regarding that noc when it will get ready then go their for collecting it otherwise u have to go around the office several times.
