After one year while visiting their office, no proper arrangements for customers, no one caring now. Worst service. This is only greedy company. Taking care initially, after not even answering to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking service for customers. Traffic police tow my activa from this area when I was in queue and waiting for my turn. Interest rate is also high than others. They increase the rate but not decrease when the market rate decrease. Also they process subsidy very late. Almost after 2 years and when I was gone there and ask about my subsidy status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there can be a word which is worse than horrible I would use it for the service of Tata Capital but I could not find such a word. Your guys collect documents, get form signed, collect cheque & then stop taking calls. Your staff member - Kinal Patel is a completely horrible person. He treats custommers like beggars & your social media team also is extremely slow. I wrote to them 10 days back and still they could not do anything about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata Capital is worst. but their staff is making worst. because Tata capital hires agents who cheats the customers. and Tata capital is allowing them to do so. Let see what Nodel officer does in this regards, I suggest everyone to follow their 4 or 5 level. then drag responsible people in court. don't stop fighting with them. and keep all the records with you.
and their Email and customer care number is as useless as their staff.
Contact their head based in Mumbai and easy available online. Talk to them and Let them know what their staff is doing in the the name of Tata.

But now your agents Mr. Nitin Shah and Mr. Jigar Patel said your top-up loan is not will not possible or not happened. And also I already gave deed to you but my top-up loan is not get till today’s date. So I request you to please get my all money back otherwise strictly action should be followed also do the complaint to the RBI .
