★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branches of Tata capital, Nobody would ever pick up phone or call back. Everytime u visit they’ll ask you to come back for some or other thing. No parkin, No lift. No customer service....This branch is spoiling image of Tata Brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service and management. They really don't care about your issue and don't support in any case even during COVID-19 situation. Never recommend to go for a any loan with Tata capital housing finance.
Customer support never replied to your email or call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Taken home loan in 2015 considering name of TATA. Since then it is nightmare. Interest rate increased every quarter since then. Suddenly there was no correction from January 2019 when RBI repo rate started falling down. RBI repo rate was 6.6 in Jan 2019 and in jun 2020 it is 4.0%.RBI repo rate itself decreased by2.6% however there is no changes in roi from TATA. Worst customer service and escalation management. Do not take any loan from Tata. People in branch is good but they are victim of nonsense procedures of Tata capital.
Please do not take any loan from Tata. After sales service for Tata is worst. I would give negative ratings not even deserved one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband passed away due to covid-19 and I informed about my loss and asked them to update on their system about my husband's demise, as I am getting regular calls from customer service asking to talk to my husband. Then I visited the wakad branch and asked the process to close the loan, however, the management was so rude and behave like they don't want me to clear the loan. Instead of explaining my whole situation, they made me sit at the reception for hours. They literally said me that we want you to retain. The service was pathetic. Now I have no option left and I have to take legal action against them because interest amount is increasing day by day and they are pressurising me to keep the loan. They are deliberately doing this so that they can mint more money out of my condition. They are deliberately delaying the foreclosure process. They charge for everything even for own statement and foreclosure Letter that too provided only after 15 working days.
Edit:- like seriously, I am getting transcripted responses again, and I had contacted customer care more than 50 times and my concern is not yet resolved. Need not to mention, these guys are extremely unprofessional.
