★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Tata Capital.
They have provided home loan at +2% interest rate than others are providing. Also, they do not wish to make it right. For everything you need to visit branch and does not response well at branch as well. Going to close this account with tata capital and will take loan from other home loan provider.
Rubbish and very poor service. Employees are not soft spoken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One employee humiliate customers on their visit to office and doesn't resolve the concerns, worst customer service experience and no escalation work through helpline or mail.
No one will help you and these guys will charge you more than other institutions and also will create trouble if you want to transfer your home loan to other bank.
Simply WORST...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever even think taking home loan from Tata Capital housing finance. Worst ever service with highest rate of intrest. You will end up paying at least 3% extra from current market rate. Better to go for other available option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys deserve no rating. Pathetic company for home loan. Fake/False information is given during loan availing process. Thereafter, nobody cares about your queries after sanctioning of loan. No telephonic assistance from the branch. Nobody picks the phone (Anyone can try on given number). Nobody is willing to attend when you visit the branch and you will be treated like stranger. PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY LOAN. Otherwise you will regret your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some how really thankful for them to torture me for last 2 year for home loan .....they deserve 0 rating but I like to inform new loan takers to avoid Tata capital as much possible ....At last I am struggling with them so not want others to suffer ....this is genuine review that they are worst at all . My loan account no is 10092762 and frustrated with them till now .
I know you guys from customer care replying on my review.....just to tell you ....that pls focus on customer service seriously rather than asking for email id n all .......you hv all details already.....kuch kam kr lo bakwas ki jagah......baki ab koi aayega nhi low ROI ke chakkar me phasane tumhare pas......new users ...inse bach ke hi raho bhai....ye free me bhi loan de to lena nhi......ek bar phanse to meri tarah rote rhoge aur lajpat nagar ke chakkar lgte rhenge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class staff no knowledge about procedure. High rate of interest on home loan compare to other banks. I have make part payment the person sitting on reception checked my loan account details on computer and told me to submit the cheque with cashier, however casier told me that my account is blocked. This thing can be informed by the receptionist when he checked my account on computer. When I asked him he said I don't know. My cheque goes waste and my time also get wasted. They will make you run from pillar to post but not give you the right information. Very poor service, even poorer than nationalized banks. Worst staff, no manners of talking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally bad services and charge us without checking status. Like if direct debit for loan didn't happen and you pay same day of due date manualy then still they charge as late fees.... and they don't pic call, very vert poor service and we can't know how to ask for refund.
