★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata Communications Limited (TCL) at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). This building and its operation was established more than a decade ago. The Data Center business is now owned by STT - Singapore Telecom or Telemedia (not sure).
One can imagine why Tata lost interest in this business - they could not handle the mosquitoes. Pity is one will NOT find a single bawa as we fondly call them, the Parsis working in this organisation here to my knowledge.
The toilets stink of urine. Water taps waste water. The large glass doors are missing in some areas. The Tea counter is a mess most times. Open you mouth to drink water from the dispenser or wish to have tea or coffee, mosquitos are free. Gulp! Gulp!
This is the plight of the very areas where both STT and TCL have the clients CoLo.
The main sufferers are the security teams at the gates bravely performing their tasks with multiple mosquito bites. These are true facts.
Mosquito Harassment Policy needs to be implemented and suggested to their HR and FM teams. Basic human rights not addressed.
Once they improve their standards, I can then comment on technology and business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good office. Visited only once for a meeting. Please note that the entry for visitors is time taking as first you will have to find parking somewhere outside (there is some open space available behind Naman residency) and they do have some procedure for visitors entry.
