Work life balance is great here.
As part of one of the most respected group in the country, policies are employee oriented and also concerned about the society's where they operate- responsible approach.
Fantastic L&D dept. and provide ample of opportunities for learning and collaborating with other teams on live projects- its too good.
The bad-
Must invest in improving the infrastructure drastically.
Work style is slow and need improvements in processes.
Leadership accessibility and visibility must improve breaking the hierarchy barriers.
