Kudos to the complete leadership team.
TCS is not just a services/consulting company.
It's an institution by itself. It's a library of knowledge, a religion of dedicated professionals, a college with no end to learning always getting updated with experience.. A company where an employee can prove himself or herself in innumerable number of ways.
I am not just telling this as a flattery but out of my own experience.
I joined as a fresher but also got a chance to recruit freshers and teach/train them.
Company provides one of the best ways of giving back to the society from where we came.
