★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pioneer building is good but rest all like Innovator and explorer buildings with tcs isny that good. No dedicated parking places and the charges of parking itpl increases every month at an alarming rate. So think before joining buildings except Pioneer. Pioneer is best with the best canteen and dedicated parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata Consultancy Services - What will I say about this company!!! Most of them might I have heard or known about the company. Let me share my experience with TCS. I have been with tcs for around 7 years (between 2014-21) and u would always say that one of best companies I have ever worked with. It gave me loads of memories, opportunities & experience. People were really kind & humble (At least with whomever I have worked with). I got an opportunity to work in one of the greatest technology (I.e. Salesforce) & one of the greatest & biggest customer in F&R.
Forget about the rating or bands, anyways people get around 4-6% of hike & Onsite opportunities if you have your management’s blessings ? You could stay here for longer time either if you are in on-site or joined with some higher package. Otherwise, You salary would gets depreciated over the period of time.
TCS higher management should think of retaining their skilled & experienced employees by considering their reasonable demands instead of replacing their resource by hiring someone from outside with higher cost.
ITPL - One of the most beautiful campus. You gotta lawn to relax, mall for shopping, theatre for movies, food stalls in back gate (No.3), Concorse cafe, banks, ATM, currency-exchanges, Mobile stores, chai point, what not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe most of them know about company culture, yet I still give a glimpse about it. It’s an awesome place to start a carrier, company listens to the employee goals and interests, based on which work will be given. Firm is situated at ITPL, and they’re are many other companies who share space inside ITPL. We get a chance to mingle with different set of crazy people and there is huge ground to play sport and badminton, and there is a Park square mall interconnected to this hub. All together it’s perfect place to work on.
