★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place work in life to have balanced work & life with corporate culture. I never had such an experience in my past 13years of career. Provides opportunities to grow technically & professionally.
The only drawback & major one is that our salary what they commit 10% performance & 5% incentives will not be seen in life again. More over income tax deduction another 15%.
If you are prepared for above deductions & 3-5% annual increment; then it's a good place to career.
