My car won't start.called them on Friday I was advised will send technician on Saturday.wich never happened when enquired with the supervisor I was informed heavy workload Finally they agreed to send technician and charged 750 for technician visit in Betul when verified charge is only 250 rs and top of that no proper diagnosis done technician jumpstarted the Car and said battery to be replaced and not ready to take the car to the workshop I installed new battery.Still battery light did not disappear from cluster board after car is started. Battery dealers advised alternator is not working.I decided to get this inspected locally and found that the alternator belt was missing that's why battery was not charged... careless attitude of supervisors and technician absolutely bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my safari bs VI from sunil automotive, such an enthusiastic team, the behaviour of the staff is phenomenal. I have multiple vehicles but none of the dealership calls for service reminder and feedback regarding my visits to the showroom but that's not the case with sunil automotive. If you're looking forward for a tata car and worried about the after sales service then you must give a chance to sunil automotive.extremly satisfied with the team and I hope they'll maintain this professionalism in the future as well. I compared to few more dealers but none of them were providing two keys while sunil automotive assured me from the very first day that I'll be getting both keys. There's a slight chance of improvement which is air conditioning of showroom as i had visited the showroom in july the heat was unbearable for me. It's quite uncomfortable during summers. Hope to see the changes very soon.
