★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car service experience was good. I am thank full for understanding my situation and your kind gesture.
I gave my tigor for 2nd service. By evening I got sick and felt feverish ?. Informed the excecutive that I won't be able to pickup the car due to ill health. Sevice executive called me back and said he will arrange a driver and will do car drop off. I agreed and within one hour car was at my place.
Thanks ? to service executive Chandru and Driver Ashok. Keep up the good work. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic.. In one word. 17 days and still my car is with them , for a two day repair work. No response.. You have to call non stop to check what's going on. Still no proper response. My work seriously impacted due to this. I was told one week for the work. But 17 days gone still no response. I'm not going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful buying experience at Adishakti Cars Hebbal, For Tata Altroz, we had a long waiting period but all the process was handled smoothly without any hiccups. I got mine within a month with registration. I had lot of questions in mind while buying a car, but Mr. Mohammed Aqeeb seamlessly cleared all my doubts with his friendly approach. He was/is always reachable and helped in clarifying all the concerns. All the support staff is very helpful and co-operative. He is always just a phone call away. Overall a very supportive and co-operative team. Keep up the good work and expecting the same in my after sales service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked a Tata Harrier car yesterday on 27th Mar'22.
Today we are calling the service executive to inform that we want different color instead of what we decided upon yesterday.
We called multiple times, but he is not picking up call at all.
If this service we are getting immediate next day of booking, I wonder what service we are going to get in future.
Need to think to go for any other dealer or not.

Every time I've had to fight and escalate issues to get work done. The car is fabulous, service is good (some room for improvement on the finer details) BUT the customer service is bad. Every time , every service I've had to climb levels of escalation to get work done.
I've come across a service rep called Chandru, who is great. He was able to instantly resolve my long standing issues (SINCE FIRST FREE SERVICE) after a year of complaining to Tata.
Only giving a 4 star because I love the car, vision of the company and Chandru since he was able to resolve my issue.
