Went for my 3rd Servicing of my car Tata nexon, even after taking an appointment I had to wait for 30 mins to meet an advisor inspite of being the only customer in service center. They gave me a quotation of Rs 5600 without AC filter change, then I went to George Automobile Thane and I got the same servcing done inclucing a change of ac filter in Rs 3258.

β β β β β We Have purchased TATA TIGOR one month ago ,i have been requesting for installing a charging point at my resident from the day one. Am constantly calling and following up the representative for the same but am not getting any feedback nor any kind of support from the Heritage Show room .The representatives are avoiding our calls and messages. This is really disappointing.

β β β β β Would recommend this service center to the people who own Tata Vehicle. This is a perfect place to get your vehicle serviced. The staff is super friendly and very co-operative. Especially Nayana (customer executive manager) and mechanics like Afvan.

People do check every small bits and pieces in your vehicle and on your vehicle, because nobody know what they do or what others do including labour, service advisor and management team. Returning my Nexon EV to them because i am tired of harrasment over past 6months of my ownership of the vehicle. Worst service workshop.

β β β β β Had hear from a couple of people that TATA after sales service is really bad. But it was a pleasant surprise to experience how wrong these reviews were. Had a really good experience with their services centre. It was a better experience than Honda service centre. I would encourage people to buy TATA cars as not only because they are Indian manufactured vehicles, but also because they have improved a lot in their after sales service and also the quality of cars they have brought to the market are very good. Proud to own an India made vehicle.
