★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worts experience with my first servicing of TATA ALTROZ XZ..so many issues came out in my new vechile which was not there before servicing..these guys doing nothing but detoriate my new vechile function, totally furstated experience about their quality of servicing ..I have complaints their superior also..I am waiting to recover my vechile function..so bad maintenance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good staff and service team. Today had general checkpoint service, and impressed with quick responses from on-phone as well as at facility. Gatekeeper was very supportive and guided. Mechanics interacted with good interest. Service leads were very polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I submitted the car on 26 April 22 to Tata motors MIDC workshop Hingna nagpur.Claim work finished on 30th April 22 and as per commitment car delivered upto EOD i.e 30 April 22.it seems 3 day (2 Working day) car not delivered yet.
no one informed me about the late reason and i was followed up no. of times Executive create story and not respond properly.
i was in just a dream really Tata and Jaika motors improve his service
hope for better service not just return commitment on review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by Jaika! Everytime I visit them, they break or damage some part or the other. Your hard earned money makes no sense to them. They sit with the car playing on their mobiles for 8 hours without servicing the vehicle. Never seen such behavior with any other manufacturer/service center.
One Mr Sheikh (service representative) broke my wheel caps and car seat bolt covers just during the first general inspection of my Harrier XZA+ 2021 and was getting angry and rude when confronted with the same fact. Replacement has been ordered since October 2021. Not received them till April 2022. DO NOT VISIT IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND DO NOT WANT IT DAMAGED OR BROKEN DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!
Contacted by you a zillion times. No excuses/comments needed from Jaika anymore! Final rating and will never change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I have to describe my experience in one word the word would be “PATHETIC”.
Yes the service provided here is so bad, every time i give my car for servicing it comes back with a new problem. They take close to 660INR for washing and cleaning but, 3 times it has happened that the stains and mud is still there inside the car after servicing.
Some service advisers are not at all co-operative and they are in their own world when asked for any assistance/help.
I am currently facing a problem regarding “Engine Check/Malfunction” light on my dashboard and have visited the service center 4 times for the same problem and still the problem persists and moreover they charge money for not giving any solution(because apparently the mechanic has touched my car).
HORRIBLE
I would say, “IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICING.
Rather give your car to any private garage, it will keep your car in good shape than these so-called “experts” at jaika.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided is good...but there would be timely attendance of the vehicle and proper reception of the car owner should be maintained. Also, I feel time to time communication between attendant and car owner would be a factor of attractive attachment.
