★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste service.. 5 days car is with them .. they said total repaired but head lights gone when we drive in 1 km.. after came back juniors checked and lighting lock lost.. total body opened and refitting.. lost.heavy amount and time.

but there is no one responsble .
engine oil leakage problem i visited four times for that problem ,at the time of service FRONT RIGHT SIDE DOOR LOCK had broken by the workers who done it but they are saying its not a problem sir at the time of next service we can solve it sir it means next service will be after 15000 kms who is responcible

Especially padma madam is very responsive on the compliants.They will listen customer and take action with priority. Also explaining the issue clearly when you raise the concern.
