Best service center.. best experience... friendly staff and supportive also. i brought car from saibaba showroom rahatani and I take 1st free service they charge me 380/- for free service. I don't know why? from accessories to service my experience is very bad. They don't want to serve you better not good on call also.. that my suggestion doesn't bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good staff. I got my nexon serviced through this service centre. Overall experience was very good including Hospitality provided by them. I have one suggestion if the position of waiting area of customer could be in such a place so that he can monitor his car getting serviced.

I had some minor cosmetic problems in my car and all of them were resolved.
The staff was also polite and helpful.
Overall a good experience. Hope they continue the same quality of service.

1. All staff is polite, well knowledgeable, they listen to your every words carefully and assure you to resolve it.
2. It was quick service and everything explained well after service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for my first Nexon EV service. The staff, arrangement is really nice. Staff is very polite. Though I purchased it from other dealer since I did know about Panchjanya back then, but I had heard about the good service they offer.
I’m very happy as I mentioned and would like to use them for subsequent services as well. ✌?
I would consider this dealer when I upgrade my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Visited there for Nexon(D) 5th paid service,My advisor Mr Narayan did great job which include-
General service,infotainment system update,break liner change,air filter change ,rattling noise and gear shifting issue.Work done is beyond expectation and Mr Narayan sounds good technically.After service i took test drive with him and am fully satisfied with work done.

Sorry for the negative words but its imp.
They will charge for a lot of things. U have to pay attention of the service if it's really required. Free is not free at all here. Be careful. Be visual about your car while delivery while buying as well. They 100% pich a lot while selling and deliver peanuts and say it is what it is. My suggestion buy and service else where. I am stuck you be wise and be prepared. FYI people leave the job and go who promised you all the things while selling and service .Example if you say in while delivery so and so problem is there. They will agree and note it down for more than 1 year and then ask you is it under warranty. I was having bad experience with this Panchjanya so I kept pics of all the docs to slap it on there face. And it helped. Avoid going there if you got stuck like me, then be careful on each step.
