I guess this is one of best service centre of tata.
Best thing is that they don't restrict you to their service place like other service center so you can get full satisfaction.
They have one of few honest CSM who will do multiple test drives to figure out issues. They do their best to find issues and solve them.
They had broken the Bonet clip while servicing which I found out after coming to my place and on complaint they did replacement at my place. Which was a genuine apology to their mistake....

Just another pointer to save money.
1. If your car is out of warranty and you don't have issue or any noise coming from brakes avoid brake service. It will save you 1000 rupees. In normal city condition brake needs replacement every 30000km. Before that you can avoid break servicing.
2. No need to go for minor servicing before 15k km after warranty is over else it will void warranty. You engine oil needs replacement only after 15km...
Other than that every service centers tries to sell something or try to loop for something you don't need. You have to inteligent enough to tackle this...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for the AC cooling and music system failure. They dnt have the cooling coil and also the AC filter. They just have cleaned the AC filter and they said they have checked the wiring, however. They didn't do anything for the wiring. They told the music system is faulty and they need to call Harman engineer for the inspection and it will cost 2500 per visit.And the issue was there was some problem at the rear speaker wiring and thats why it was not working, otherwise front 2 speakers are working properly.
The engineers even dnt know how to diagnose the problems.they charged me around 850 rupee just for the AC diagnosis, which I myself told them that the AC filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.They told this is a general checkup in which they did not do any other checkup apart from AC and music system test.
