★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good engineers. Polite staff but took longer than usual for the first service and washing department needs improvement. They left soapy stains and few superficial scratches over my new car.
Edit 1: After the first service, one speaker at driver side stopped working completely. Drew the vehicle for the same, they kept it for 2-3 days and changed the speaker. Problem solved.
Later, I started noticing issues with ORVM (works intermittently), Fog lamp of one side doesn't work and voice alerts are not working at all. All problems with wiring. They open your vehicle for some issue, work on it and later some new issue comes up. Horrible.

Getting quick solution having zest car
And was traveling from Ahmedabad to surat and stuck due to some issue in car
Found number from Google and was in touch with representative and given on call support and on 2nd day within 4 hours i stay in waiting room and given back car to me by solving all complaints. Even staff offer me lunch as well. But i am avoiding due to Covid.
No biased surat tata service center is quite impressive in terms of welcoming and all as compared to Ahmedabad service center of tata ( Narol Area - Ahmedabad )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shreeji Tata motors is service station for Tata cars staff is polite and attentive,however customer lounge has lot more scope for improvement,such as reading magazines,newspapers upto date channel ready entertainment set should be placed and maintened.
Lunch service is however up to the expectation.
