★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rare thing for tata motors that they have very good service station and they go beyond their call of duty, check everything and suggest what is worth for the money and which is actually required. If you have tata vehicle go here only for service.

I visited the service centre without prior appointment but he attended my complaint on priority and within an hr my issue was resolved and car was made available..
Thank you for the proactive service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ East or West TATA is best.. But it's true still tata's sp service very poor till date.. Service Adviser fully non sense talk and literally cheated to customers. It's my last 2 free service experience.. Pls take a action and get your best service.. Like Tata cars..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Hurry, i had to travel 450kms from Vadodara with self drive my Tata Zest, My Wheel's Rim was broken, i went SP Tata Motors Service center, exicutive told me staff doing Lunch, i hust asked for Rim i said just tell me Rim is available or not in your centre? But he refused to talk more so i Waited for 30minutes while they did lunch, after lunch completed one person cane to me and told me sir please wait for a while, after another 8 to 10 minutes he cane and said sir The part is bot Available.
How? The wasted my important time 3-4 persons were doing Lunch some 3-4 persons i saw were just doing time pass on phone and some their quality walks in office. What a rubbish & irresponsible staff i faced at SP Tata Motors Service centre Subhanpura, Vadodara
