★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After accident of my new altroz car on last month 18 th I had reached to their patrapada service centre and handover the vehicle after documentation. After survey HDFC team given clearance to start repairing after so many follow up they have started repairing work and on 6 th after several calls they received my call and asked to come next day 11 am for handing over the car. Next day (07 th Jan 22) after reaching they was informed me to give a cancel cheque of mine to get the claim directly my account as they had some issues with HDFCinsurance ( normally insurance company directly paying claim amount to the service centre). Then I had contacted with HDFC told me it will take min 3 day to transfer claim amount to my account. I had asked them to provide me my car after taking PDC cheque as I was not informed all these in past as well as during handing over vehicle. They denied to hand over vehicle, they are very much unprofessional. Why they not collected cancel cheque during handing over the car ?? It will show as income in account who will pay the income tax ?? Please think twice before taking any kind of service after accident from trupti motors.

As a new car owner it was my first visit to Trupti service today with a complaint for my remote key of Nexon. Even though it was the last 30min before service closing time, I got my complaint resolved without wasting/waiting for a minute. Thank you Mr. Imran Khan, Workshop Manager.
Most interesting fact I would like to share is, I went to my dealer (will not take the name) for the same and it took 1hr just to investigate the issue and finally realised there is no stock. And also they did not mention that the key replacement should be under warranty instead told that I have to pay for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dealer and service center. Understands customer vehicle issues. Clear explanation of the charges and warranty. Place is little far off from the town centre and especially Cuttack. Directions to the service location like placards or billboards could be put on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got delivery of my Nexon XZ+ on the day of Dhanteras. As my car reached 4,5 days earlier to the dealership I decided to take it on Dhanteras. It was a nice experience to get associated with Trupti Motors. I requested them to take the delivery before 11 on that day, despite of many vehicles were to be delivered that day they were spot on in all instances. From arranging Pundtji for Pooja to documentation to cutting cake with the presence of whole team was so special.
Would like to thank whole team of Trupti Motors for the special gesture, thank you Bikash Sir, Sandeep Sir, Rashmi Ma'am, Manju Ma'am and others I am missing out. You people are really changing people's perception towards Tata Motors sales and service. Pls keep it up and fly high.
