★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to this place once to get my Tiago car serviced. The experience was not at all good. Water service is not available. Workshop for personal cars is very small. They treat you as they are doing it for free.

I had huge respect towards TATA, bt it was gone today
The manager was a selfish person, he want to get commission by suggesting the customer to get finance in TMF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saticified with bhimavaram showroom. Thank you for giving this best service. Even a single movement i was not facing any disturbance. I heard from old customers. When they go to tata service centers, service centre persons are not responding Properly. I hope it will repeat for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altroz is not available for display. Checked Nexon instead and requested for test drive of both vehicles, which did not happen after several follow ups.
Seems they do not care for customer service as there is lot of demand for vehicles with long waiting periods.
