Its been around 2 months after purchasing ALTROZ from jhunjhunu still didn't get some accessories and ORIGINAL INVOICES...
On every visit they just paste a simple reply " Hamare pass aya nhi h abhi tk SIKAR se.."
Are you guyz serious about after sale service or you want just sell only...???

β β β β β Very attentive service. Feels like caring. Very polite staff. Kind talking with Mr. Mukesh. Given a very good flexibility in servicing plan. No restrictions were imposed for taking services. As per the service conditions there are no hiccups, as and when required type service is also available in service packages.

He helped me with fast track delivery of my selected colour and model as well as speedy document processing. I would really recommend all Shri Krishna motors Tata Showrooms in shekhawati region of Rajasthan. I am very satisfied and would definitely buy my next car from here. β β β β β Buying before experience was ok...but after buying experience with tata motors specially with sikar tata motors...its very pathetic. Now they are making me to feel that I have made a huge mistake by buying Made in India product (Tata Nexon). Its just their logo Vocal for Local & ya its true they are only n only vocal not practically. They will suffer you so badly in case of services. its a request with all of you who are seeing my feedback...please never come to tata motors, sikar. Aap ki achi khasi gadi ki ye log aisi taisi kar denge. Or galti se b accident k bad to bilkul b mat le k aa jana. Accident se jyada to buri halat ye log kar dete h. Aap ki gadi k parts kisi or ki gadi me lgwa denge. Its very shameful.

β β β β β I love tata cars after complete change the new generation of tata...Good showroom but in this service area too congested..and staff not sporting and too many charges add in your bill without requirment..and workers do not work carefully in service, many times parts of your car broke by the service,worker not accept that part broken in fitting..
And you can here extend your car warranty, insurance many things are done here..

β β β β β Simply pathetic. Every single bit of my service experience was horrible out here at Shri Krishna Tata Sikar, starting from keeping my vehicle for its service till payment part. The staff out here doesn't even care about the customers, seems as if they are just trained to loot the one's going here for their worst ever service of vehicle. Since we do not have any other options at Sikar, these guys do as their wish to enjoy monopoly. #Tata Motors must respond and take preventive actions so that they doesn't loose customer's faith due to such deplorable customer service by their authorized dealer/centres.
