The sales person Thanuja is extremely patient,humbleand polite, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Tata nexon took about 4-weeks. The best part โ Thanuja stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. โ โ โ โ โ Siva Sankar Tata motors in Rajahmundry, it has a charging station for electric vehicles, also has car services done. Charging station infrastructure needs to be greatly improved for commuters since it is nearby town and beside highway

Their service is pathetic, on top of that they tried to loot
Have made a booking online for my tiago,
Came 30 min late which was my mistake.
I have asked them to check and confirm the time and service cost quickly as I came from a pretty long distance and I need to assess my stay and other things.
They assured me and had me waited for an entire day and the end of the day they said ac sensors would cost 20k (just for spares) and would take them 3 to 4 days for completing it.
I was astonished with the pricing and left the place unhappy and a friend of mine suggested a local garrage for ac repairs and so I took my vehicle, the mechanic took only 15 to 20 min , solved the issue and charged me 200 Rs.
I was literally shocked with the difference.
Seriously, either the technicians at this service center don't have knowledge of cars or they are just looting me.
I think it's just looting.
So, I would suggest everyone be careful of the charges they might levy on you.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a proud owner of a tata nexon. I took the xz + optional dt model. My experience from booking the vehicle to delivery was very pleasant and hassel free.
The show room it self is very well maintained with a good ambiance. The staff members are very polite and cartious towards customers.
I was assisted by Ms Tejaswini and team during the undertaking of my test drive as well as booking of my vehicle.Everythiang was explained very clearly regarding the vehicle, the variants, the accessories as well as regarding the after sales service.
Initially the estimated delivery time was 15 weeks but got a early delivery ie by 10 weeks with the help of Mr Naresh and Ms Tejaswini.
Delivery of the vehicle was a good experience as well. Got the car delivered according to the time I wanted without any delay. Everything was very smooth and was like clockwork ie very precise.
I would like to thank Ms Tejaswini and team for their help and constant communication regarding delivery, Mr Naresh for making the whole thing happen in 10 weeks.
Would definitely recommend this place and the above mentioned people to assist you. Happy driving and make local more vocal.

โ โ โ โ โ My punch got delivered on Feb 11 2022 at this showroom, elated with their way of delivering vehicle. Space should be increased as tata vehicles are increasing their count. Also it will be good if they increase service centers in East godavari district.
