★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and very fast delivery, my main contact person was Ravi and his best thing is, he keep communicating the progress with you and always available on call. Another thing is if your main contact person is not available, there will be another person to help you, and the most appreciable thing is they have delivered my car in total 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good in all sense, specifically for tata hexa i found mr. Dhanjay (main technician) is very good, he resolved my very long waited issues in very short time. Which was not even identified by other showroom experienced technician.

Just to brief I know them since 2017 and my experience till now was good. But this time it was complete opposite. When I visited the showroom to Service my car, nobody was interested to service me. I only had to chase few guys and described the problems in it. As my car had to be placed there only I asked them to kindly drop me to nearest Stop so that I can get a Transport but there was no one to help me out. They asked to arrange by myself.
Then they didn't care to update the status of my car and when the complete work will be completed. I was the only one calling them and asking them to complete is asap. Finally almost after 10 days work was done, but I only had to force them to Drop my car at my home and after few discussion they agreed to drop it today. During these discussion I requested them that I will be paying the payment by Credit card as I have few financial issues. But after telling multiple times when the car was delivered they asked me to do online UPI payment (Shamelessly) as they don't have any other mechanism for it, they only have one Swipe machine which they use in their showroom.
Now comes the worst thing, when I checked my car condition, they delivered my car with broken wheel cap & a minor dent on Rear side (Their mistake). For this I tried to check with they don't care for it.
Finally Sridha Team I really hope after these comments atleast you will reach out to me and sort this issues or else you can continue with your worst service and lose your loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. Unprofessional employees doesn't care about customer problems, service executive doesn't understand the customers problem. Even I requested for just listen to my problem they start telling their story. Very much disappointed with sridha motors service department. Better to avoid going here, look for alternatives. Like Grave motors and Rudra motors.

Maybe it will surprise you but Sridha motors has been a top ranked and long serving dealer for Tata Motors for years. Visit their website as well.
I found the whole team in the purchase experience very genuine. It was after some hesitation that I went for a dealer 40kms from my place(west Pune). They primarily serve North of Pune, industrial zone, but always open for genuine customers from anywhere. They follow the commitment of pickup and drop, if you need it.
Team worked exceptionally well in challenging situation of second wave and ensured timely delivery. Smooth RTO and insurance process handled by Abhishek.
SA for me was Omkar and he helped with the minute(minor) of query I had, and provided much assistance from start to delivery.
Trusted dealer’s team and existing reviews, and booked car w/o visiting even their showroom (distance, lockdown). Finally, saw it on my car’s first service and facility was large one with almost everything you will need. Have attached pictures.
They also provide services like matting/seat covers/ceramic coating etc. at competitive rates.
Area of improvement I feel - more staff training working at service area for customer interaction.
Relook at interiors of customer waiting lounge (needs more space).
Overall, I’m very bullish on both dealer and Tata Motors stock price. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 fast chargers but the guard said only one charger works at a time. You cannot plug 2 cars together. So, we had to wait till the car before us finished charging.
There was a bug in the charger software. We had to restart the software and move the car a bit to initiate charging.
The location of the showroom/charger is a few kilometres from the main highway.
No toilets available at night (when the showroom is closed).
