★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst services provider i parched Tata Tiago XT on 12 Dec 2020 Registration no. MP 43 CB 0781 and in Aug 2021 your service adviser mr Ranjit told me for AMC for my vehicle costing 3400 and told me that for one year my service for vehicle would be on no cost for one year no service charges will be applicable for the year today when i visited your showroom(sughand Automotive Ratlam) for my vehicle service they told me that only two free services will be applicable for your vehicle in AMC Period which was an fake commitment made by your service adviser MR Ranjit for AMC even From last five services i Have mentioned many problems regarding to vehicle but from all time my problem was not resolved every time and in feedback call they told me that in next service your problem will be resolved even they have not provide me any receipt for AMC charges also they have not provide me any kind of policy regarding to AMC resolve my problem ASAP Other wise i have to take Any legal Action against your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very supportive while you visit the showroom and they convinced and make you comfortable to pay the booking amount ( 100% refundable) but when you cancel the booking then you realise that - booking amount is fully refundable but they did not mention that when you will get that.
I cancelled my booking by 23rd Nov 2021. But still didn't get my refund. I provided UPI id but after following up 4 to 5 days they asked me for bank detail. They do only neft not UPI payment. But they accepted UPI payment while booking. And
after providing the bank details (by 1st Dec 2021) they are saying you have provided the details 2 days back. It will take time because our boss is not present, they are attending marriage ceremony. Only they have authority to refund the amount. We don't have any other process to refund. Now it's 8th Dec 2021 and Executive confirm me to get my refund by tomorrow. I hope will get my refund by tomorrow.
2 star is for the reasons provided by the executives.
