★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience.... People doubt over buying tata vehicles and experiencing their services, but ours was way different from the general theory. We booked Tata Punch and the main attraction towards the tata car was the kind of presentation and service provided by the staff which we could not find at any other showroom. Right from test drive to conducting PDI and till delivery, the process was very good and the response of staff was exceptional, especially Ms. Kiran Bhandari who was the customer associate assigned to us. She told everything very clearly, no false promises were made, delivery just took 35 minutes, and she always responded in a positive way whenever we asked for our car. Ultra smooth process.... They made the car buying experience so great that we felt like king in the showroom. It's a special mention for Ms. Kiran Bhandari again that she assisted us in choosing our dream car and making our experience memorable and emotional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was awesome Experience starting from booking to delivery. at TATA Treo Safdarjung all sales person are so attentive with in 2-5 minute someone will attend you . more specifically i would like to give high praise to my sales executive Ms Kiran Bhandari Mam. not only about she was extremely genuine but also very professional. no fake promises . they have delivered the car with in the time what they have promised .special thanks to Kiran Mam again for make special arrangement( cake and gifts) on my son's Birthday .other stuff like paper process R.T.O, Insurance was smooth...Thank you Kirti mam and Sir (dont know name ) from CRM team to clear all the doubts . thank to Mr. RAVI and Sonu also to provide discount on Accessories ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t buy any car from this showroom of tata they are selling accidental cars .I have purchased a nexon xms from here on 9 March 2022 , I checked and find out the car was repaired and repainted from right fender and bumper was also repainted , I immediately informed the sales person he accepted it and asked me to come to showroom for changing the part and give me some accessories in compensation but when I reached the show they denied. Please do not buy any car from this showroom their staff are not supportive and not even listening anything.
