I am a regular customer of A.k. automobile since last 3 years. I had insured my Tata Tiago XT from them 4 months ago but till date not show in online portal and neither Shana ma'am nor Sanjay ji is taking responsibility for it. While I needed time to buy my policy, At the time of visit Shana had confirmed to me that insurance would be shown online. my last insurance policy was also done by A.k. automotive and it did not show online till the policy expired.
