★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M Tech Automotive of Bibwewadi Pune branch is the worst service centre i have come across. They take a huge price with extremely 3rd quality service provided.
The committed time for service delivery of my Tempo (Tata Ace) is never honoured & they take 4 to 5 hours just to prepare the invoice for which my staff's half day was wasted.
I had asked for regular servicing & to check if there are any issues with my Tempo. The Tempo was dropped for servicing in the morning around 10:30 at their Bibwewadi Branch, Pune & the owner Zakir Sayyed of M Tech Automotive, Bibwewadi Pune branch (not knowledgeable about technicalities) called us in the evening & told me there are no issues. Upon delivery & waiting for 4-5 hours, when my staff tried to switch on the vehicle, it did not start. When enquired, the owner Zakir Sayyed of M Tech Automotive, Bibwewadi Pune branch says that he didnt know about this issue before & now will take 2 days to check and repair.
When we have asked to check for issues in the start, the owner Zakir Sayyed of M Tech Automotive, Bibwewadi Pune branch inspected the vehicle & should have informed. But he wasted my time & money.
After complaining, the owner Zakir Sayyed of M Tech Automotive, Bibwewadi Pune branch was very rude, arrogant & did not have a right approach.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, NO VALUE FOR TIME & MONEY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 3S facility of sales, service and spares. They are the highest sellers of Tata small commercial vehicles in the country. They have branches at Ahmednagar and Malegaon apart from this main one at Rahata. They have inhouse insurance claim department and most of the vehicles will be in stock for delivery. They have tie ups with finance companies which help people to buy vehicles on installments and earn a livelihood.
