★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by Mr. Bhanu Patwa.. Very, very prompt. Wanted a new WiFi connection, I called at around 2pm in the afternoon, and by 8:30pm it is up and running!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rating i have given is only in the name of person Mr.Bhanu Patwa. A sweet talker i had seen who is incapable of resolving the concern which I faced.
I purchased airtel portable broadband device, only because this guy adviced me to.After a week itself i informed him on unavailability of network at my place and even asked him to cancel the availed service with the device purchased return.He told to terminate the sim service and later contact him where he assure me of returning the amount. I truely believed this sweet_talkative person and did the complete process of permanent deactivation of sim card.
Till the date this guy kept telling me that he will be taking the device(which I am having in the same condition as purchased from him) and will return the money I paid.
I do have all text based conversation we had on this concern where now he has stopped replying to my texts on the same mentioned all above.
A suggestion to all that do get to know everything prior before you avail any providers connection for self and never ever trust a person based on his sweet & polite words everytime.. That's how Mr. Bhanu Patwa is!
