★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fed up with the promise of a callback from 1-800 no's and finally visited the Customer Relationship office and met Mr. Umair who was all out to help me and answer my queries regarding a change over from ADANI to TATA. My experience was mind Blowing at the office and their service excellent. Even the guy by his side with whom I had interacted but unfortunately missed on taking his name was nothing less. He helped me also to open the link in the SMS so that I can give true feedback. The guys are great. Keep it up. All the best TATA Power.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First No Parking Facility Available and Next to them is Applo tyre fights with Customers like Road side lookha next to them.if some tata costumer do parking.Atleast parking for Two-wheeler capacity shoud tata company managed.Inside team also work like foresinc department for small thing.Fist they said they want family members pan card.Now they are saying they want sighn copy what they do I don't know.Even after submitting legal courts documents.Please if any Senior take care about all this Point

'Bhaiyya' sitting in corner is expert in baseless arguments. 0 professionalism. He must handle customers as if he is working in cheap call centre

Your billing agents are terrible. They argue with consumers over change. It was just chaos out there. They work like rowdy-street gundas. They don't have any manners how to handle customers. The manager seems to always work like absent minded. The payment counter guys are like pay if you want or leave we don't care. It was horrible place to visit. Perfect example how service center should not run. They are killing brand name "TATA".
