★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer experience with Vistara that I had on 21 November for 15:55 time from Delhi to Kochi. They even don't aware about the policies mentioned on their company website. I shared the navigation URL with them regarding the items carrying. Only trying to transfer their responsibility to other agency like CISF or Airport security agency. My suggestion to Vistara is to take care of the training part of their employees. And be clear to your offerings. If not possible for you then no need to mention on website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took UK115 from New Delhi to Singapore last evening (20 Dec). I was seated at Row 20, and for some reasons the cabin crew in charge, skipped our entire row for the main meals and drinks. Her colleague from the front then had to fill in and serve us. Later on during the routine beverages serving section before flight landing, while she did serve our row, she had deliberately skipped over me to the other passengers in my row. I had to call out to her colleague who was with her for a cup of tea. The rest of the passengers in my row (Row 20) were Indian nationals. This made me feel left out as a foreign national on this flight which I understand I should not suppose to feel this way.

The Vistra Staff Misbehaving by their language and not helping to board to their destination.
It's totally waste of money energy and time.
So I,request all of Future Passenger of #Vistra Airline try to not go through cheap rated flight.
It's horribly terribly experience of Life Time Flight.

Have been emailing them and following up since a month towards refund of a flight (pnr VU57BM) I had booked during March 2020 lockdown. Leave issue of refund, their customer care team don't even bother to respond to emails and complaints. The appellate and nodal officers too are busy gaining weight sitting on their desks or screwing around during office timing it seems...
Shame to see ratan tata and tata brand name being associated with such a company

Vistara executive needs to learn to be polite, efficient and empathetic to customers.
Easily the worst flight experience I ever had, complaints to customer relations went unanswered too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very unpleasant experience at vistara restaurant Gulbarga Karnataka. Restaurant using adulterated oil leading to food poisoning of customers. Manager is very and assaulted female members for complaining about poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am posting this review, because of no response by vistara by any channel of communication. I've experienced a pathetic service by Vistara. I've been in touch with the airlines for more than 1.5 months since the date of my booking for a flight offers Delhi to Lucknow. Because of rescheduling at their end by more than 5 hours I had to cancel the flight. But even after calling the thrice before the flight date they did not cancel the flight and I received a message of No show. Now even after 1.5 months of the flight date..I'm still waiting for my refund. Every time same template response but not action at all o it. I've made 10's calls and 10' of emails, but still the issue is pending. One has to send 2-3 mails to Vistara to atleast ask them to respond to our emails. This kind of harassment to your clients is not at all expected from Vistara
