★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet speed is decent. Their service is very very poor and any grievances will take about 7-10 days to be addressed. I'd suggest JioFibre over this. Speaking from experience. Also, the router they use is from Nokia and the bandwidth is quite disappointing. Getting a booster from them is not ideal since they charge 2100 and the same booster costs 1500 on Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TATA sky broadband customer service and connection is terrible. The customer serive is literally the worst in all branches. You can get a cheaper connection w better customer service, this is not worth it. Go for jio or something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too early to give a review as I have just installed it but since I had a very bad experience with another service provider 'A' so I feel the installation process (2 hours) was faster than 'A' whose technicians had taken whole day still the internet did not start for 3 days (yes you heard it right). And after that for three months the internet was on and off most of the times and a record of another 3 days downtime at a stretch. And even after escalating the issue to higher levels there was no permanent solution - considering the fact that our society is one of the best in locality with nearly 600 flats in one wing. Hence we decided to quit 'A' and opt for Tatasky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good.. Just about a week of usage in Bangalore HRBR LAYOUT, KALYAN NAGAR, Installation was done super fast in a few hours on the same day as requested, which was very well done. As was fed up with ACT Internet outages on a frequent basis in the past month or so, this is so far definitely like a breath of fresh air! App is much better in comparison to ACT Fibernet, which is like 80s! Hope the after sales remains reliable, especially if there is a outage for any unforeseen reason! Rated 4 because the wiring job was a tad shoddy at certain places as they were short of cable and were putting joints here and there, which is not a ideal way to go about in the long run, though it would suffice for now.

Broadband service from call to installation was done in few hours.
The support staff is excellent. I got assist from not one but three people.
