★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called today to get some repair done to our issues of a few channels, like 310 (Star Gold) not appearing only and a few more channels like this.
He cut a few wires and changed whatever he could but still the problem wasn't resolved after working for it for an hour's time. At last he said that the set top box only needs to be changed. We are having normal set top box only he kept om saying that we must go for HD one. So we said NO to changing the set top box. We then checked afterwards and found that few other channels that were working fine are not working fine now. Now we are stuck completely. Bad service and bad way of communication. Disappointed..!!
